This 1,500 square foot house is new and located in a very private setting on a half acre, one mile from the beach in Manuel Antonio.Casa Pura Vida, it sleeps up to six and is beautifully designed and decorated. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed. There is a fold out full queen size bed in a semi private area off the living room. There is a bathroom with a large bathtub upstairs, and a bathroom and shower downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. This beautiful house now features a private swimming pool for your delight!

There is a huge deck off the living room with a wonderful hammock that is perfect for morning coffee, and the upstairs bedrooms have a door opening out to the second large deck above with two handcrafted adorandack chairs.

The swimming pool has a palapa (typical ranch style covering) and beautiful wood patio furniture, a/c, cable TV, VCR, phone and internet access. The ceilings are tongue and groove wood and all of the exterior walls are laden with beautiful, arched, wooden windows that create an open airy feeling. The decor is comfortable and pleasing to the eye, which creates a feeling of peace and tranquility.

Maid service is included and staff will meet with you upon you arrival to Manuel Antonio to take you to the house and get you set up. The house offers easy access to world class dining, horse back riding, jet skis, canopy tours, world class fishing, surfing, quad and dirt bike rentals, massage, and many other amenities, all less than five minutes away.
