Day 1 Leave your hotel in the morning. Admire the biodiversity of an astonishing protected area in Costa Rica as we drive by Braulio Carrillo National Park, a primary forest in 95% of its extension. Have a taste of our delicious Costa Rican breakfast en route. Board a comfortable boat upon arrival to the port and let this extraordinarily exotic paradise enchant you, as you travel along the Tortuguero Canals. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail and a delicious Lunch as we welcome you to Laguna LODGE. After lunch, we will visit the museum, the beach area and the small and picturesque town of tourtuguero. Day #5, 2008



- Canopy Adventure Combination  (half day)
Take either a horseback ride or tractor ride up to the first observation point where you will start a natural history walk through the jungle to the first canopy cable. These cables are located in such a way that they start from platforms at ground level ensuring that if a tree did fall it will not produce any time laps in the tour. The cables, 10 in total, span lengths of 200 meters up to the longest of 800 meters; each cable offers a different sensation and experience crossing canyons, observing waterfalls, over the tops of trees or leaving from a spectacular OBSERVATION TOWER 18 meters high. The Fortuna and Pino Blanco waterfalls, along with the majestic Arenal Volcano accompany us on this trek. Includes: transportation, guide, and all equipment.

- Arenal Volcano Observation Hike and Baldí Hot Springs with Dinner
Hike through the tropical rain forest to a prime volcano observation point where you can see the natural phenomenon of an active volcano spewing lava rocks before your eyes. - Manuel Antonio National Park Tour (approx. 5 hours, morning)Closed Mondays
One of the areas most popular tours introducing visitors to the most beautiful park in Costa Rica.  A great diversity of wildlife, park entrance, snacks, beverages, and bilingual guide included.  What to Bring: camera, t-shirt, shorts and tennis shoes, insect repellent, sun block.



Day #8


- Catamaran Island Adventure  (9:00 a.m. / 2:00 p.m. approx 4 hours)
Cruise many protected islands only accessible by boat. Observe coastal wildlife such as dolphins, migrating humpback whales, sea turtles, manta rays, and more! Cruise through the aquamarine waters toward the spectacular and scenic coastline of Manuel Antonio National Park.  After touring the coastline, we will anchor in a protected cove within the pristine Biesanz Bay for snorkeling.   Tour includes transportation, fruit, lunch, drinks, and snorkeling equipment. What to bring: swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, and camera.

(When exiting CR, must pay $26 airport exit tax per person.  You must pay this tax inside the airport terminal BEFORE checking in with your airline.)

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Full payment for vacation packages is due at time of reservation through credit card, bank transfer or cashier’s check.  If client cancels reservation 60 days or more prior to 1st day of travel, they will be refunded 75% of purchase price (30 days = 50%, 15 days = 25%, less than 15 days = no refund).  Once a vacation is confirmed and paid for, My Costa Rica will charge a $30 service charge for changes made to the itinerary by client. My Costa Rica will not be held responsible for those passengers arriving without the correct Passport and Visa requirements to enter Costa Rica.
