Italian Run Beach Hotel

Hotel Tatanka is a small Italian run beach hotel that offers it's guest excellent service and hospitality. Located on the pristine white sandy beach of Junquillal (hoon-key-yal), a hidden gem in Costa Rica's Northern Zone of Guanacaste - just an hour from the International Airport in Liberia and south of Tamarindo. This area offers offers peace and tranquility in a serene tropical setting, away from the crowds and tourists found at many other beaches.

Hotel Tatanka's 10 rooms are ample and comfortable. All rooms were recently constructed and are available with fan or air conditioning, plus a private bath with hot water. You'll love the atmosphere of the hotel's on site restaurant, which is located on a hill over looking the pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The large open air restaurant specializes in authentic Italian style pizzas served hot out of a wood fired oven, breakfast here is included and served here.
