Built of some of the world’s best hardwoods- the Clubhouse offers a beautiful place to hang out- an amazing restaurant and a awe inspiring infinity pool that seems to just blend into the ocean! The perfect place to enjoy your breakfast while watching the waves roll in or to enjoy a gourmet meal at one of the best restaurants in the area, the Clubhouse is connected by a stone walkway that winds thru tropical foliage on the property from all of the bungalows. At the Clubhouse you will be able to find a comfortable place to curl up and enjoy a book or play a game while enjoying a tasty snack or delicious drink. There is also a state of the art kitchen that is available for use by private chefs or by guests looking to whip up something themselves. Every casitas at Latitude 10 is individually decorated with top of the line amenities in a 20th century tropical colonial style. Enjoy the amazing four-poster beds and high quality linens, as well as the beautiful outdoor rain showers and open air bathrooms. Each bungalow enjoys an outside seating deck with seating and hammocks for relaxing. All casitas are built of almond would and use local artwork and handiwork throughout. The units were built with total sustainability in mind- no trees were destroyed during the building process and attention to the natural surroundings is foremost in the minds of the developer.
